Bilfinger Berger selling operational real-estate properties in Germany
Bilfinger Berger is selling thirteen office properties in Berlin, Dresden, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Mannheim, Stuttgart and Wiesbaden which are, for the most part, being used by the Company itself. The buyer is Alstria Office-REIT AG and the transaction volume is €111 million.

Bilfinger Berger has received a series of major orders in the Australian health-care sector. In Adelaide, Brisbane and Sydney the Group will build hospitals and medical research facilities with a total volume of €250 million. Bilfinger Berger has an excellent position in this important sector.

Bilfinger Berger receives €300 million order for new subway line in Düsseldorf
Bilfinger Berger has won a contract to build major sections of a new subway line in Düsseldorf. With a total length of 3.4 kilometers, the so-called ‘Wehrhahnlinie’ replaces several above-ground connections and will provide significant relief to inner-city traffic when it goes into operation in 2015. The order has a volume of €300 million.

Interim Report Q3 2007
Bilfinger Berger continues its successful growth course. Output volume, orders received and order backlog all increased once more in the first nine months of 2007. EBITA and net profit increased significantly as compared to the same period in the prior year. Positive developments in the global economy are reflected by lively demand in all of our markets.

Bilfinger Berger grew strongly once again in the first half of 2007. Demand was lively in all of the Group's markets, leading to a high volume of orders received. At June 30, 2007, the total order backlog surpassed €10 billion for the first time in Bilfinger Berger's history. EBITA and net profit increased at a higher rate than output volume, and doubled compared with the prior-year period.

Demand for civil engineering services in Australia remains strong: Bilfinger Berger receives major order with a volume of €250 million
In Queensland, Bilfinger Berger is to build a 100-kilometer long pipeline and pumping stations for the region’s water supply. The order, based on an alliance contract, has a volume of €180 million.
Bilfinger Berger has also received an order for the expansion of an additional section of the Hume Highway which connects Sydney and Melbourne.
